It's off Via Marisol exit. Going north for me on 110 fwy. A right and quick left. Keep going North through parking lot, the rest is on you.
Drive all the way to the end of the parking lot. There is a sign there showing the direction to the dog park. You have to walk past/under the street 'tunnel', and you'll spot it right away. Hope that helps!
