I have a 10' plastic fishing boat w/ electric trolling motor. Do i need a permit or license and is there a launch fee ?

You need CA fishing license, launch fee and fishing permit

Yes there is a launching fee for all boats and yes you need a CA fishing license also there is a fishing on the lake fee

I am assuming that there is a launch fee but you probably only need a fishing license.
