No. You do not need a parking pass if you go to the Azusa River Wilderness Park. If you go other places along the San Gabriel River ("the mountains") you will need one. But for this specific place, NO.

No they dont enforce it and you dont need it anymore unless you dont mind helping pay to keep the mountain clean...only reason I would buy one
