What is the purpose of having a customer service number when they dont answer? Ive been calling multiple times and it just rings and rings, I am not about to spend 1hr on the road to find out they dont have the item im looking for.

Go online to wal_mart.com Do an item look up and it should tell you how many the stores have on hand. Or shop online and request an item pick up.

You can find out online by going to their website and searching the item and click "check store availability" or "find in store"
