VIP means you don't have to stand in line with general seating. Once inside it's all the same except you will have someone who will deliver food and drinks to you in your seats. You can still walk around the entire stadium if you want to.
Lexus Club VIP has its own entrance. It is located on the Southwest side of the building. You can not use general admission entrances to Staples Center.
I am pretty sure the club is kind of like an add on to an assigned seat ticket. You go and have dinner before the game or something like that. So, I believe you'd need to purchase tickets along with the Lexus Club. Hope that helps out :) Have a good night!
