Just show your vaccine card then they ask you for your id and pull it like normal and all they check is that your name matches your covid19 card.
They aren't looking at the expiration date; they barely look at the name
they just check the name... Just pull it out with confidence...

They do check. I've been there 3x's. If you have a passport use that instead.
They check everything but the actual date on your id
