How hard are they one this? Am I gonna get a fine if I set up a camp fire out in the sand by my campsite? We allowed to camp out in the sand ? I've never been there, any helpful answers are much appreciated!

There is a fire ban. Fires are not allowed in the dunes. However you see it all the time.
