Essentially it's like subway. The food is sealed from you on other side of plastic, and you tell the person on the other side what you want, and how much, in each bowl. Was actually pretty painless and quick! Same delicious food as always
It's a fantastic deal! Like Jansen said, you pick the ingredients and they put it together for you. You also get rice and or wraps in addition to some soup (hot and sour or egg flower). Make sure you get extra sauce at the end since they're cooking more at once for you.
