I have never had a problem. Lock your car and don't leave anything visible and it likely won't be worth it. After all, the cops are right next door.
It is open parking, if you were going to leave your car there you should get it approved. I didn't know about the patrols but this is also the Greyhound bus station and there are many people through the facility, however the Tri-Cities is a pretty low crime area and it is right around the corner from the Pasco police station.
I have left it there and it was fine. They actually DO patrol it because i asked the number that you have to call into to leave your information. Hope this helps
Not very, parking lot is not closed off and nobody checks on cars. We left ours for a few days without incident, however.
