What Danny Carrillo said....You have to go in person..must cancel before the 10 of the month,so that you wont pay fees and after you did your year contract.
You have to go in person. They will hit u with fees if u have a contract and are breaking it. Make sure to go in person or else they will keep charging u or adding up to go after u with a collection. J don't like that about them. . . I went back after years but it was a pain to cancel. Good luck Glenda.
