If I can give this store a 0 star I would but, horrible experience with the management. Just one in particular due to the pandemic I’ve been using mobile app to order my food or whatever but this is the only place that has issues with there mobile app and aren’t fully aware of how to even use it. I can go to Taco Bell have issue and the managers are super kind to show me how to cancel my order or where to go to get my refund back. But hard times are here and I felt customers should be there #1 priority and if they have a problem they should know how to fix it as managers. They aren’t trained to not sure why they have managers I feel there crew are nicer than the manager that just talked me down that she didn’t know how to help me and that’s my problem to call the app when I don’t even know how to fully use there app specifically but importantly if your store is going to be using a way to also bring customers as mobile orders your entire staff should be aware of how to help customers when the app is having issues or the order is not received on there end it’s business I’m Trying to give trying to buy your product which means the staffs should treat there customers correctly and not rude especially when it’s a manager. Not going to bother calling or going to the store and complain because if the manager is rude and uneducated I can’t imagine the type of store manager they have. Not going there anymore will stick with McDonald’s or something else. Super bad experience.

Usually this is a good place every time I visit. However, it’s been twice now that I try to use my offer codes from the Burger King app and this location has said both times that my offer is invalid. My offer codes were not invalid because I had the location from this exact Burger King and I would redeem them in the drive thru.

The person in charge hers name Maria is so rude and act so aggressive with coworkers a person who take my oder mark something i change my my mind his name is frank asked to her for correct my order but she instead to help him right away she give hard time to said the order is ready is nothing can do. Later may be she react then finally help to frank to correct my order i hope she received a management culture. Looks bad the ambient to heard how she is comand can lower the tone for better presentation for the BURGER KING
