No if you want to reserve a space you would have to contact parks and recreation

I don't think so but you might want to check if you need to reserve the spot if you plan on using one of the shelters with all the tables. Some parks everything is first come first serve but sometimes those shelters need to be reserved, especially if you plan on having a jumper.
