You should be able to. I've had friends that have had baby showers at other Regional parks, and they haven't had any problems. You might call the city, where you got your reservation and ask, just to be safe.
Yes!! It should be ok what's ah outting without food.. but I can understand why you're asking the question cus when I was there I didn't see any park barbecue grills unless it was on the other side.. we was there just to fish. It should be ok to have a food venue there for your guest
