Hello Maria, Generally our staff are only going to ask someone to leave upon suspicion of shoplifting or damage or disorganization of books or other disruptive behavior, or if someone was previously banned for such. If none of that was the case then we are sorry that happened! Please email us at the main email on our website with the exact date and time and location in the store when this occurred, and any other relevant information so we can look at the security cameras and research it.

That’s really odd! I’m sorry to had a bad experience there.
Perhaps go on their website and make a complaint. It could've been someone from the other vendor/galleries inside the bookstore, which btw didn't need to be rude to you or anyone.
