I see they open at 6am, do they have all the foods available, i.e. pancit and lumpia?

they have pancit lumpia, available even at 8pm. it's a long line during this hour daily. Adobo is always available chicken or pork. order your trays at least 1- 2 days early.

I dont know when they put the loompia out, but pancit is a staple of the menu and they definitely have THAT when they open at 6:00 am.

Pancit, yes but I have never seen lumpia that early.
