It is only open to public twice per year from 11AM to 6PM. Check their website for details on the next public event, which I believe is in November.

Hi David, The next Artwalk I'd Sat Oct 21 & Sun 22, 2017, from 11am-6pm each day. Next one is in April 2018 no dates announced
