They're usually out by 4:00 PM and after is usually whatever you can pick at left.
Jacob's answer is correct. You have to be there before lunch and you can everything you want. The later you come the less choices you have.
It's first come, first serve. You gotta get there early before or around the lunch rush or it'll all be gone.
