Actually Coachella Valley Animal Control does offer a senior discount. I just dont know how much. You can apply for your pet license when you apply for the senior citizen reduced fee. You can apply for both request by going on line to: RCDAS.ORG then click on services and last click on dog licensing.
Why wouldn't you just get your puppy spayed? SNIP does it for $25
Senior discount and if you are a county residents you get services at a discount.
