In California Adventure, Buena Vista street has a variety of shops, and the in each land you can find both traditional Disney items and items themed to that area.
At Disneyland.
The main street has all you want
Main for sure. You can find almost anything you looking for.
Downtown Disney or any of the parks. You can't swing a dead mouse without hitting a vendor.

Downtown Disney has a store right by the entrances of the two parks which has a wide variety of Disney merchandise
You can go through security only and shop at downtown Disney, otherwise there is shopping throughout the parks but that requires buying a ticket to enter. Main street in each park are mass shops, then there are small shops scattered by the rides.
I recommend Downtown Disneyland, though you can probably buy some on Amazon
