At the moment there is no Dalmatians ride or character greet in either park. There is merchandise of the movies to a degree in some of the stores in both Disneyland and Disney California parks. In California park you can go get a Dalmatians drawing done by one of Disney's wonderful artists but that and the store merchandise is the extent of the 101 and 102 Dalmatians
There is also 102 dalmatians.
Disney California Adventure does have both rides and meet and greets. We were just there Tuesday.
They have limited merchandise but no rides or meet and greets.
