Being able to come to a Disney Resort from the United Kingdom will depend your ability to enter the United States due to Covid-19 restrictions. If you are able to enter the United States then you are able to go to any Disney Resort in the United States.

If you can enter USA/California then you can travel throughout the State. Disney requires masks on some rides, indoor shops, eateries until eating. Otherwise outdoors, masks optional.

Disneyland is open to whoever has the ticket to get in. It prefers those who have got Covid-19 vaccines and are negative on Covid-19 test, but it doesn't ask anyone to show any proof whatsoever.

I never showed anything we are vaccinated and we took tests before leaving .. Nobody ever asked for anything. Have it just in case but should be good Togo yo

Definitely open to anyone. Might check that you can get back into the UK. You may be required to quarantine. CA does have a recommended quarantine period before activities.
