Even though they're underpaid and overworked it's really no reason to reflect that upon a customer but we are just human
Everyone has both good and bad days, please do not wish someone to loose their source of income. I apologize on behalf of the call rep.
I’ve worked customer service too for 8 years now and I agree, if you’re coming at me politely I’ll be polite too but when I see that at another place such as a store I’m always like yeah this person needs to get it together because if I’m coming at you correctly I expect the same. If it were at my job we would end up getting warnings and then eventually fired. As a customer I’ve seen that & I don’t appreciate that or like it either. It’s not our fault they are having a bad day, because they don’t like it done to them elsewhere as well.
To be quite honest I deal with this Walmart quite often and have never dealt with any mistreatment from it's employees, sorry you had a bad experience but nobody should be loosing their job over a bad interaction.
Had similar experience at the electronics desk. I'm guessing it is because of holidays. BUT That Walmart is becoming ghetto too because of how they are locking up soooo many products. Even worse they make you wait like 30 min to get someone to come open up one of those panes. Even after waiting, the associates ALWAYS come annoyed "what u want" jeez
Sorry you had a bad day but these things just happen.
I'm not even really sure what a call desk is. Sorry you were mistreated sir
