No but, I used to see it happen from time to time. According to reports from online groups I'm in and speaking to people I know working at that Walmart, there has been an uptick in unwanted activity in and around the parking areas so Walmart is being proactive. They've increased their personal security patrols, have more cameras and if necessary, PD is called. Hope this helps.

if anyone is wondering. yes this place can take passport photo and you get 2 copies for $7.44 (as of Oct 2021). the process took about 10 mins.
