Why is the water dyed blue? Does it affect the wildlife (fish, birds)?

I don't know why the water is noticeably blue, but it doesn't hurt the wildlife. One time a year they allow fishing for a limited group of people, and there are plenty of fish, and even turtles.

The water looks blue cuz red, orange and yellow wavelengths are absorbed more strongly by water..same goes for oceans..same reason for the sky..it dont affect the fish or birds

No it doesn't affect the wildlife. You can see they are happy and healthy.
