Worst place ever. Sales and service department are the worst. Bought a 2019 Range Rover sports Dynamic and in 2020 Bought a full size Range River but never again. Think and read the reviews before going to this place. It would take me a long time to write and tell you all the bad things about this place but I don't have the time so only one word to describe this place. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.

Service department is the worst. Phone rings all day w/no answer or u get a voice mail. After leaving several measages & no one getting back to you at all. I finally talked to some one on a monday. The soonest i was able to get a hold of them again was on thursday after numerous calls & msgs once again.... (4 days later) Really?? Please check & respond to the voice mail messages or hire more people in your service department. It is absolutely horrible!!!

My wife and I brought our Range Rover sport for service a few n giving you updates for your vehicle. You call service, and can never get thru, just a random voice mail box that never gets checked. Believe me, I did leave a message. I have given the place benefit of doubt that the service writers were having an "off" day. So we tried going there again. Our last service they had a problem with a tire (which wasn't there fault) but didn't call me. I tried calling, again, no answer, just a random voice mail box. So I drove there to see what was going on. The service writer told me to he was going to check on it. He walks into the mechanics bay and comes out, walks right past me ignoring me. 20 min later the service manager comes out to explain what was going on. Really????? Service writer can't just give a simple update???? Just a simple heads up on what's going on???? You have to get the manager to talk to me????? I'll give props to the service manager, he actually gave me updates on what was going on. But the service writers are the worst I've ever dealt with. This place is horrible... We're going to drive 20 miles farther and hopefully have better service than here....
