EVERYONE WHO WAS SCAMMED, FILE A (SMALL CLAIMS SUIT) IF YOU CAN NOT GET A PERSONAL LAWYER. THIS COMPANY ALSO DOES NOT ABIDE BY THE (CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015). Its a shame to claim to be "adult education". All they teach you are recycled teachings from books and other popular people. What they did teach me, is to not intrust people like this with my educational needs. PLUS NOT GIVING ME MY REFUND SINCE DECEMBER 20
They just want your money! Buyer beware! As many other reviewers have posted, I too am having a hard time getting my money back from this company with very shady business practices. I attended a Success Resources America event in mid-November and purchased a course at the event. I called to cancel that order the very next day (their contract states you need to cancel within 3 days for a full refund). It is now an ENTIRE MONTH later and they still have not confirmed my cancellation nor provided me an update for when my refund will be processed (their contract states that they will refund within 10 business days). They say there is no way that I nor them can contact their accounting department for an update still after 4 weeks. I have asked to speak with managers and they are conveniently "not available, but will call me back." I have yet to receive a call from a manger. Very fishy... feels like a scam. I'm having to file formal complaints now with agencies to try to get my money back.
