Are they open on Sunday and if i want to ask for like something to put on the donuts for example like happy birthday or happy anniversary on top will they do it?

Yes, they are open on Sundays. And I'm not sure if they can put something there

Yes, they are open Sundays. They will probably do what you want, but you need to give them advance notice.
