I think the jar is the same size as most seasonings or spices.However, they have fresh. I was buying a larger size at RALPH'S, but i think the quality wasn't as good as SPROUTS. If you ask they may have bulk loose powder.
I am not sure but you can buy the whole jar for $7.99 from the Asian market.
