Employees at this Ralph's have the WORST Customer Service for All Ralph's !! They LIE just to cover themselves or to get out of doing the JOBS even when brought to the manager attention he is just as bad , with more LIES & EXCUSES . It's a Shame that Ralph's has sunk to this level. I wrote to Corporate thru online email 3 months ago & STILL NO REPLY. 👎💯👎💯👎 AFTER 30 + Plus years of Loyalty, it truly a shame to see Ralph's DETERIORATE FOR THE WORST.☹️☹️☹️

I put in an online order and completely followed through with "I'm on my way" and "I'm here" on the app and Google maps. I waited 15 minutes before someone came out and said "can you come back in an hour and a half, your order isn't ready." No I couldn't. He then cancelled my whole order. What a mess. I don't blame him as an employee, I think this is a management problem.

It is my absolutely favorite supermarket to do my weekly shopping! The employees are super-friendly and extremely helpful! One of the sales managers, Mike, always greets me by my name and goes above and beyond to solve any problem or concern I may have! He truly is an amazing manager!

The cleanliness and neatness really appeals to me. I have shopped here for years. The upgrade make me think I'm in a new store! You can always find a bargain. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Some Have worked there for a long time and feel like family! I Will always make Ralph's Raintree my main store to shop!
