I believe you can but yes, clean up the paper and candy wrappers and everything. There's trash cans everywhere so the park and stay clean. you know what I would check out the website I haven't even checked to see what limitations there are at the park.
I've seen them. You just have to clean up as the animals can be negatively impacted by the trash. Best to call ahead and ask though.

I suggest you speak with someone who works there. I just walked around the park withy dogs and lots of pinatas were out that day.
