Yes. We are open 365/24. All holidays no special hours. Fishers & Cascade Park close at 2am.

Danny, i do not work for Shari's and cannot speak for them However I think and presume that Shari's "24/7 always open" policy would be a good reason to think the answer is YES they will be open on July 4th. That is my best guess.
