Don't rent from pepperypepperytee t.v. park they will keep your deposit and most likely evict you so they keep a bunch of deposits flowing they don't care if it causes you to waste time and money.
Right at this time I don't believe there are any spots open, but since the park has had several people not pay their rent and the park has had to evict people they have changed managers and the rent has gone up and there is a deposit now and you have to pass a background and police check before they will rent to anyone. I don't blame the park it is a business and they have to protect themselves. But their are several more people on the eviction notice so call the park and put your name in if you really want a spot.
