I just need to ask why you did not answer my call after about 15 minutes. I am very frustrated. All i wanted to ask is if you sell juniors or petites high wasted jean skirts.

Hi Emma, I am so sorry that happened to you. I dont work for Macy's. However, I can attest to how busy every department is. I am almost positive that the associates in the womens department are also responsible for the juniors department as well. I was there this past Sunday. One associate was dealing with a difficult customer, and the line that I was in was very long. Cosmetics actually came over and started taking people. So please understand that no one at Macy's would ever ignore a phone call. Business is business! PS: While looking for my work clothes, I somehow wound up in the juniors department. They DO have juniors high waisted jean skirts. Same thing in the petite department. I was beginning to ask myself when the 80's came back!

Look every where is being stressed with not enough help and believe me I know, I'm a retired nurse. I rather wait in line for some help with clothing than waiting for a bedpan.
