I've seen St.Patrick's day hats at virtually every department store that is similar to Target. They had a whole bunch at The Mission Valley Target HOWEVER, most have been sold out. Party City specializes in things like that but, they may be all out of stock; even saw some at Big Five too! It's on Sunday the 17th, so hope you find that elusive four leaf clover(hat)? Watch "The Leprechaun Returns" on Spectrum SY-FY /Sun.17th for some "wee decapitation!"
They typically carry them, but this close to the actual holiday your best bet would be to call ahead. Good luck!
