Red Cross in Mexico is the same as in the US so please stay away from donating to red cross as they will keep a higher percentage than other organizations. Try looking for some in Facebook with pictures. Most of them will have a bank account in Mexico.

Probably it's a good idea to donate through PayPal to the different NGOs helping there. Check the topos.mx site (organization of volunteers specialized in rescue operations) or the Mexican Red Cross.
