My daughter was born in México but lived most of her life in The States. Is it posible to get a birth certificate from the Mexican Counsel in Portland so that she can get an ID? Thank you for your support.

It's a lot easier to get the birth certificate from a family member in Mexico, where I from is $131 pesos and just tell them to send it to you via FedEx, or DHL and it cost like $350 pesos and should arrive in about 1 week here to the US. So for $50 dollars you send to someone in Mexico you'll get the birth certificate without having to make an appointment, because here they'll ask you for proof that she's your child and a photo ID of her, which makes no sense, in Mexico they only ask for the name of the persond, birthday and name of parents as well as grandparents and sometimes the place of birth

Thank you Blanca Saucedo
