Probably specials are not required here, you will be fine without. They do have daily specials but these are not Mother's Day specials necessarily like a buffet or endless Champagne
By that do you mean a special price for Mother's Day? Call the restaurant and ask for the manager. This restaurant offers fusion Vietnamese food which is very good. From my experience they have special dishes each day. Their steam Chilean sea bass with black bean sauce is very good.
