I don't think it's fresh dough. Pretty sure I saw frozen pre-made pre-rolled dough in factory wrapping being pulled out in the kitchen a few time.

My husband and I and our grandson went there yesterday. It's a tasty thin crusted pizza , toppings were great. I am happy we have good tasting local pizza!!
The crust was ok
If they can get that fixed. I would go there for sure.. great people.
