Why don`t flaggers get a break or a lunch or potty break.That is unhuman and needs to stop.People deserve better or someone needs to be turned in.

I can't answer for other companies, but A Plus sends breakers out to job sites go 2 hour breaks and for potty breaks we work it out between us for a quick break. If you work for a contractor you may not get a break. Their workers are to busy. Flagging is not as easy of a job as it looks. It is a high paying job but if you want comfort do not become a flagger.
