I pulled in there one night, dog tired and just walked in and asked if they minded me getting a few hours of shut eye. They said no problem, that I could sleep as long as needed before continuing on my drive. They were very polite and accommodating and, when I woke up, they had coffee fresh and ready! They have cheap cartons of cigarettes, if u smoke and a mini-mart for snacks on the road. Wonderful pit stop!!

I would guess yes you can, but very limited space. Not a truckstop, but they could put you up in a "pinch".
I'm not sure , but I wouldn't make it a destination it's just a big busy gas station, but the place is clean the mini Mart is well stocked and gas prices are lower than town and employees are always very nice !
