I have been having pains in my knees and in reading "The Non-Runners Marathon Trainer" I think I need a "Stability shoe with moderate control features" What shoe would you recommend?

These questions only ask local guides, not the actual business. If you need to ask a business a question, go to their website, call or better yet, go in person. I agree with the other guides that Runner's Soul is great!

I agree with the other answers here. Staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. The only other thing suggest is to go chat with a physical therapist. They can help you know if the problem is coming from the hip, knee, or feet and then give specific exercises. And the owner at runner's soul works quite closely with a lot of different physical therapists in town.

I used to have a similar issue with my knees and brought my old shoes in to Runners Soul. The staff was able to look at my old shoes and showed me some shoes that would work better. After trying a few on they were able to help me find the pair best for me and now I don't have knee pain when I run! So basically I would suggest bringing your shoes in and talking to the staff at Runners Soul, they are awesome!
