I will only take my vehicle to this store. They are great and got me a new battery in a hurry so I didn't miss an important appointment! I always take my vehicle to them to check the fluids and do oil changes. The are great! Thanks Commercial Tire!

Ive been doing alignment for all my vehicles thru commercial tire. They do a great job would definitely recommend commercial tire.

My updated car fax service report states that an alignment checked occured, but that was not the case. I was essentially a call in/walk in appointment. They got me in quick and had new tires on my car within about an hour. Nearly every other place in town (that I've looked at) does a free alignment check with the purchase of a new set of tires, and commercials website says the same, so I didn't think to ask for the service specifically. At checkout though I asked if it was checked and I was informed that they only check it when you schedule an appointment. Disappointing, but I didn't have a recourse. The below average rating is for a lack of transparency in their policy, as well as discovering I was charged for an extra in house tire warranty that was never discussed with me. Polite and fast service, but I doubt I'd be back.
