Your SROs charge the same $ per month whether they provide in room showering facilities or not. Why is that? Why should I not pursue legal help for this situation? The allotment is at the whim of whichever manager happens to be passing through. Why?

ECS is a monopoly. We weren't allowed visitors on the 1st each month, every New Yrs Eve & NY Day, I was given bed bugs through an unsealed doorway in my only shared wall & not even given notice (twice) re fumigation that came through that unsealed doorway in every unit #_18 & _19 from when the bldg was built, I had 2 heart attacks in 3/5 years once they took over the residential hotel I'd lived in from 8/2002> 10,2021, I was LIED TO, ABOUT & RE ALL OF MY POSSESSIONS THAT WERE SUPPOSEDLY TO BE 'FLASH FROZEN' SO I WOULDN'T HAVE CHEMICAL RESIDUE/DAMAGE ON VALUABLES AUTOGRAPHED BY LIVING & DEAD CELEBRITIES, ONLY I WASN'T ALLOWED TO SEE THE 'FLASH FREEZER' THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY IN THE BASEMENT. THE ONLY PROBLEM THERE WAS THAT 2 DIFFRNT DBI INSPECTORS COULDN'T SEE IT! ALSO,I HAD 3 WEEKS WAITING PATIENTLY FOR ALL OF MY CLOTHES TO BE RETURNED FROM A 'PROFESSIONAL LAUNDERING SERVICE' ONLY MY CLOTHES HADN'T BEEN SENT/TAKEN TO SUCH A SERVICE TO 'DE-BEDBUG' ALL OF MY CLOTHES DUE TO THEIR IDIOCY. >>2

Your assertion regarding the allotment of clients is incorrect. Persons are placed into units based on availability and who's next on the waitlist and not the personal discretion of any manager. I.e., John is next in line to be housed. SRO XYZ now has a vacancy. Therefore, John will be placed in SRO XYZ.
