It is a owned my a man that lives in the neighborhood, it's NOT Whole Foods or Safeway. They open when the small staff get there and they are NOT paid +$100,000 a year.
I know right. I know the owners and they run it like a mom a pop shop
I have gone there before, around that time... they were open then. Could be you went when someone was out sick, so they opened late.

Maybe that is when the store either opens or accepts deliveries.
