I bought a ring for my Wife's birthday in January and we gave it back to Macy's to have it sized. Two months later we still do not have it back. I want someone to take some action to resolve this situation and get her ring back ASAP.

Ask for manager...demand action...if you don't have the ring back in 72 hours, take them to Court...let them know that if you do not have the ring back within 72 hours, they can explain everything to a judge!
