Is this Homeplace still open to the public?

We were there yesterday (7/2) and it's fenced and gated. But you can still get pictures of the outside.

What the question about home place I was there last week. The man at the store said it's not open to the public right now but you can't go up to the home place and take pictures you just can't go in I have some pictures of it if you're interested
