Why can you have sausage or something taken or left off a pizza add say peppers but can't have nasty cheese sauce left off substitute with pizza sauce.im buying the pizza the pizza shouldn't it be how I want it. That would make a good pretzel pizza

I personally do not think a pizza would be a pizza without the cheese. All pizzas come with cheese

I would suggest a polite friendly conversation with the manager if you are ordering a menu item. On the other hand if you are talking "hot and ready" those are set items and probably come off the truck already sauced and ready for the oven.
