I've always had good service, at Mossy Creek, until today. I bought a bottle of El Jimidor 1.75 Liter Silver Tequila, yesterday. The shelf tag read $30.99, and with my 10% Veteran's discount, I anticipated paying $27.89. Upon checking my receipt, I found the price to be $34.25, and no discount. I took the bottle and the receipt, back today, for a price adjustment, or refund. The young man at the counter told me, that they cannot keep up with all the prices that change almost daily. He also informed me that not all liquor items in the store are eligible for the Veteran's discount. Finally, he said he would not give me a refund just because the Tequila rang up 23% higher than I anticipated. Sometime, during our conversation, he stated that he would understand if I didn't want to come back to shop at Mossy Creek. - - - He was right about that part!

These people are the rudeness people I have ever seen. I broke down in front of their store. I had new tires put on the front. Just a few days before this happened and this was not a junk vehicle. The wheel just came off and they wanted me to move it. I tried to explain to them, I could move it. But that didn't matter. I called a rollback, but it was not fast enough for them. They just kept on threatening calling the police. I am in a wheelchair and could not get out.But that didn't matter to them. Don't trade with people like that. They don't appreciate your business.
