prob a heater core is cracked or broken and the hot antifreeze that runs through the core is coming out of the defroster vent above dashboard and makes your windshield steam up. go to any shop that knows how to work a wrench and they can fix for fraction of the price.
There is a drain in the back of engine compartment against fire wall. It is protected by a rubber flapper. Verify that it is not clogged. By the passenger side window fogging up u may have some blockage in the vent system. Check ur cabin filter behind glove box. Check ur charcoal filter as well (assuming ur vehicle has one). Mice may have gotten inside heater/ac unit if rubber flapper is not covering hole. With filters out inspect the duct.
Could also be a plugged drain in cabin filter. I have seen this happen before.
Sounds like bad ws replacement or body seam issue
