I was hauling horses from Wisconsin to Maine and had a wheel bearing go out on my trailer, called them and they took time out of their busy schedule to help me out, not a few hours later, but right away! What would I have done without REP?! Thank you, Christina for being so wonderful over the phone and customer service focused, she knew they would have what I needed to get back on the road. Steve was our mechanic extraordinaire, he took our old corroded plug apart, connected it to a new wiring harness for the trailer light hardware in a mere 15 minutes!? These guys are the real deal!!!
